Flatt Road - Postgraduate and Overseas Houses

Flatt Road is comprised of shared houses rather than traditional Halls of Residence, yet residents still remain very much a part of the campus and enjoy all of the benefits of living in smaller groups with all of the positives of on campus living.

As with all accommodation, Flatt Road residents benefit from a daily cleaner, a weekly laundry service and (wireless) internet access. We understand that Postgraduate and Overseas students prefer to have more independence, as such the majority of these students will be in self catered accommodation (although catering is still an option).

Flatt Road bedrooms, are all different shapes and sizes, each with their own character and great views of the campus and surrounding countryside. Due to the smaller number of residents sharing the facilities as well as the luxury of living in a more homely environment Flatt Road holds great appeal.

Single sex houses with shared, bathroom and kitchen.

Flatt Road Postgraduate and Overseas Residents are usually self catered and enjoy the benefit of a communal kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster) as well as a dining/social area.

Rooms are equipped with bed, mattress, desk, chair, shelving, wardrobe (with shelves), bedside table, bin.
