Halls of Residence

Self Catering is great because... of the kitchen and dining, it's a great social area that other halls don't have - everyone gathers there and it becomes the hub of any flat!

Self Catering Halls

Darwin, Darby, Jebb and Silcock

Self Catered Halls are always a popular choice, they are a lively quad of Halls with an even mix of boys and girls, all residents enjoy the luxury of an en-suite study bedroom within this ideally situated residence.

As with all accommodation, Self Catered residents benefit from a daily cleaner, a weekly laundry service and (wireless) internet access. As this is self catered accommodation all residents experience an independent lifestyle but with the comfort and security of on campus living.

Top Tip

Don't forget your pots, pans, plates and. washing up liquid!

Self Catered bedrooms are slightly smaller than those in Bradford, Boughey and Ward however this is more than compensated for with the added luxury of a private en-suite.

Darby, Darwin, Jebb and Silcock residents are completely self catered, the kitchens are fantastically well equipped with refrigerator(s), cooker(s), kettle, toaster, microwave and a dining/social area. Kitchens are shared between 6 or 8 residents and are equipped sufficiently for the number of residents.

Rooms are equipped with an en-suite, bed, mattress, desk, chair, shelving, wardrobe (with shelves), under-bed storage and bin.
