Data Protection Information
The Harper Adams University College alumni database is kept for the purposes of the Harper Adams alumni association and may also be used for related academic, educational and development purposes.
The data is kept securely and treated as confidential. It may be disclosed to external organisations which are under contract to the University for the foregoing purposes (e.g. hosting and maintaining the database) only where the contract requires them to handle the data with the same degree of confidentiality and security.
We will not release your personal information to other organisations for commercial purposes. The Alumni Office does not pass on personal details to anyone without first gaining the explicit consent of the individual concerned.
