Care Service Sector
Harper Adams has again demonstrated its versatility and responsiveness with the accreditation of training for the Care Service Sector. Working with SBC Training, a local training firm, based in Shrewsbury, the University College has accredited a new University Certificate in Care Management, the first of its kind. All managers in the Care Sector must obtain a recognised NVQ in Care Management, as part of the stringent regulation of the sector.
NVQ
Working in partnership with Trainbrains Ltd, who are delivering NVQ training, Harper Adams will give university accreditation to NVQ courses: University College Foundation Certificate in Professional Studies - Advice and Guidance. The course is for all advice and guidance practitioners, who have or who are currently completing a Level 4 NVQ in Advice and Guidance.
Quorum Logistic Support Limited - Reliability Engineering Programme
Harper Adams is working in collaboration with Quorum on Four individual modules, designed to be studied progressively to achieve the full award for the University College Diploma.
