Research is an important activity for members of the Business Management and Marketing Department as it serves to inform their teaching and keep them at the forefront of thinking in regard to issues in business and management.
The research interests of Business Management and Marketing Department members range from supply chain management, relationships management, market orientation in food and agriculture, food deserts, marketing to diverse ethic groups and cultures, branding and retailing, through to organisational slack resources and coopetition.
