Overseas Students
Harper Adams University College has a long and distinguished record when it comes to international collaboration and support of overseas students.
Over the last two decades members of the academic staff have worked in countries including China, India, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain and France while we have welcomed students from around the world.
Today the Land, Farm and Agribusiness Management Department leads (on behalf of Harper Adams University College) an undergraduate programme run jointly with Beijing Agricultural College, as well as a number of postgraduate MSc and MBA courses that are proving increasingly popular with students from China and India.
As well as the welcoming attitude of the staff overseas students are attracted to our courses by:
- the competitive fees
- the one year duration of our postgraduate courses (which limit costs)
- the opportunities for part-time work
- the opportunity to undertake a study tour within the European Union
- excellent resources (including a state of the art Learning Resources Centre)
- the excellent quality of the teaching provision
- and the idyllic rural location (a safe environment in which to live and study)
