The HEC fee (including all meals, accommodation and entertainment) is £35 per person.

You will be need to pay at the end of the online application process to book your place. Payments are made via the PayPoint online payments service.

Please bring the following with you:

• Overnight bag (toothbrush, toiletries etc)
• Towel
• Wellies/boots/waterproofs (for outdoor activities - just in case!)
• Sports kit and trainers (if you would like to use our sports facilities)
• Casual clothes (and some clothes for throwing some shapes at the party later!)
• Camera or your mobile (if it has a camera) to capture those memorable moments!

If you forget your toothbrush etc, the student shop will be open on campus during your visit.

As your meals and accommodation are included within the fee you don't have to bring any money with you. However, you may want to bring a small amount of money to use in the campus vending machines for snacks and drinks.

Cash, debit, credit cards are accepted in our catering outlets. There is a cash withdrawal machine in the Welly Inn based on campus (note: there is a charge per withdrawal).

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for your conference fee and transport (if applicable), we will need to receive your cancellation by the 8th June 2012 at the latest. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after the 8th June 2012.

Unfortunately there is only one HEC per year, but we do have open days and campus tour visits that you are able to attend.
