SNAP
SNAP is a totally integrated software package allowing you to design a questionnaire, print it, enter survey results and then analyse data in both tabular and graphical format. Harper Adams offers a number of sessions using the SNAP software.
The sessions can be either:
An introductory 3 hour session whereby students will learn the principles of questionnaire design and data entry. This will include creating a questionnaire, using and developing question styles, using questions from SNAP survey paks, using spell checker and entering case data.
Or
An analysis session (10am-3pm), where students learn how to use the package to analyse a questionnaire that they have already prepared and carried out. This would include analysis of data, constructing single and multi way tables and charts, using predefined style templates, modifying chart and table styles to create your own, printing tables and charts and incorporating tables and charts into a word document.
