Few land management or valuation decisions lack a taxation aspect and assessors will expect you to be familiar with the key elements in this fast changing area.  Learn about the latest developments in Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, VAT and Income Tax.  In particular, the professional implications of the Antrobus and McKenna cases.  This is a vital topic for all rural candidates, and in particular those recording competency T009, Capital Taxation.  Led by an experienced assessor.
