A full day on the all-important niceties of the Agricultural Holding Act and the Agricultural Tenancies Act including the TRIG reforms.  Not only is this relevant to the landlord and tenant competency (TO48), but you also need this information for rural aspects of Property Management (TO7)), Valuation (TO83), and Strategic Real Estate Consultancy (TO70).  Led by an experienced chartered surveyor. 

Principally for rural candidates, but useful to any candidate or practioner whose work occasionally brings them into contact with let farms.
