£105.00 full-day Seminar with lunch & beverages to registered APC candidates or £140 for non registered candidates

A pair of half-day seminars offered back to back so that you can attend just one, ot both with lunch provided in between.  Not only is this relevant to the landlord and tenant competency (T048), but you also need this information for rural aspects of Property Management (T070), Valuation (T083), and strategic Real Estate Consultancy (T079).  Led by an experienced chartered surveyor and APC assessor.  Suitable for candidates from all faculties.
