New Product Development
Businesses often lack training and understanding in the process of new product development (NPD) despite it being the life blood of all businesses involved in supplying a product or a service. NPD is a time and asset consuming process in any organisation, particularly of those with more modest resources to draw upon such as SME’s. Add to this the high failure rate of NPD, often quoted at over 90%, and NPD has to be seen as a priority for all businesses to understand, systemise and develop so that they can remain both profitable and competitive.
The short course is designed to be delivered as a 2 day programme however each day could be delivered as a stand-alone.
