CS 30 - £450 inclusive of registration & assessment.
CS31 - £450 inclusive of registration

The core units CS30.1 and CS30.2 cover maintenance of the saw including recognition of safety features, chain sharpening, engine care and basic cross-cutting material. Assessment in C&G Landbased (NPTC) units.
Course duration is 3 days, assessments ~2.5 hours.
CS31 covers the felling and processing of small trees with a diameter of between 200 and 380 mm. Can be arranged after the successful completion of CS30. This is further 3 day course with the a second assessment of ~3 hours.
Candidates are to provide their own PPE for both courses.
