£120.00 Tuition, lunch & beverages for registered APC candidates or £150 for non registered candidates

Apply

Valuation is a core competency for several faculties. The focus will be rural property, but the material will be of relevance to other faculties as well.  In particular it will review valuation methods in practice, the impact of the Red Book and some of the current issues facing the profession.  The seminar will be led by experienced chartered surveyors.
