Course Content
Our standard programme includes the use of a 360 degree feedback tool produced by Human Synergistics International.
A pioneering 360 º assessment that provides a well-rounded view of individual performance.
Developed over 25 years ago, the Life Styles Inventory 2 (LSI 2) was one of the first valid and reliable 360º feedback assessments on the market.
The LSI 2 provides information to address the “blind spot” that can derail performance improvement. With the LSI 2, your people can gather feedback on other's perceptions of their behaviour - co-workers, direct reports, or bosses.
When compared with LSI 1 results (view of self), LSI 2 feedback provides powerful insights that individuals can use to adjust and fine-tune their leadership development plans.
Course Length
A typical programme of two days duration will include a full explanation of the feedback and detailed discussion and exercises looking at how you can use the feedback to develop your style.
