One day course giving participants the opportunity to practice some of the techniques and address their own issues.

Anyone wishing to develop their personal impact when dealing with others. Those who wish to gain greater confidence and control over their working and personal lives.

Maximising Your Effectiveness (A development course for administrative staff)

Course Content

  • Clarifying your role and responsibilities as an administrator
  • Organising to achieve your objectives
  • Presenting your case confidently at meetings
  • Strategies for managing change

How it can be delivered?

This course is offered over two separate days and participants are required to work on a case study between the two sessions and present back their findings on day 2. Maximum of 12 participants.

  • Skills of successful delegation
  • Identifying what you can do to make your meetings shorter

How can it be delivered?

One day course includes analysis of a personal time log that participants keep before attending the training day. Ideally delivered to between 6-12 delegates.

Benefits to the organisation

Good time management and delegation will enable employees to contribute more effectively towards the goals of the organisation. Staff are more organised and effective.
