Valuation & Development Appraisal - Competencies TO83 and TO23
Valuation: 10am to 1pm
Development Appraisal: 2pm to 5pm
A pair of half-day seminars offered back to back so that you can attend just one, or both with lunch provided in between. Valuation is a core competency for several faculties and will be covered in the morning session. The focus will be rural property, but the material will be of relevance to other faculties as well. Development Appraisal will be considered in the afternoon, again with a rural focus but of wider interest to candidates for other faculties. In short not only an excellent grounding for the valuation and development competencies, but also for the more general questions on professional practice and client care (Competencies M005 and M003).
