The home of the legendary Wednesday night out and the hub of Harper Adams nightlife, the Main Bar has seen everything from Sara Cox to Pendulum and Katy B.

With 17 pubs at last count offering something for every taste including big screen sports fixtures, cocktails or a quiet drink and a game of pool.
A little further afield
Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford have a wide variety of club nights and mainstream gig venues (such as the Wolves Civic or O2 Academy in Birmingham) that play host to many large comedy and music events.
Something a bit different
If pubs and clubs aren't your thing then there are plenty of other attractions on offer nearby, including the NEC and NIA in Birmingham for shows, two multi-screen cinemas' in Telford and Shrewsbury and a wide variety of restaurants across the region to suit all tastes.
Student Union Events
Harper Adams holds four balls a year - Fresher's, Winter, Paddy’s and the Summer Ball. An opportunity to let your hair down, get dressed up and enjoy good food, music and fairground rides! Past events have featured performances from Zane Lowe and Chase and Status alongside a wide variety of great local bands.
Recently the Student Union also organised Comedy in the County, featuring comedians Jimmy Carr, Jack Whitehall, Russell Kane, Rufus Hound, Keith Farnan and Carl Donnelly.
