This conversion course allows students who have gained a FdSc Food Studies to top-up to a full degree or honours degree. The course is structured around a programme of lectures, tutorials, seminars and industrial visits over an academic year (September to June). This course will advance your awareness, understanding and knowledge gained from your foundation degree. Honours graduates can access a wider range of career opportunities.
