Enrolment and Induction

Postgraduate induction will take place on Monday 21 September 2020

Providing ID at registration

All new students must provide proof of their identity when they register for their course. This is to ensure that the student who registers is the student who made the application and to ensure that the student has the right to study without requiring additional immigration permissions. All students must bring original identification.

  • bring your passport to confirm your identity and right to study.

If you do not have access to the above document, please contact the Postgraduate Office for advice on 01952 815289 or email postgraduate@harper-adams.ac.uk marked as REGISTRATION ID in the subject.

Do not send documents through the post, please bring them with you to registration.

Taught Postgraduate Induction will take place online

Link(s) will be sent to you prior to the start date of 21st September 2020. This will include links to sessions on:

  • Postgraduate study at Harper Adams (Mitch Crook)
  • Learning Support – Jane Hill
  • Careers – Maria Simpson
  • Land-based skills programmes – Kath Leigh
  • Health and Safety – Emma Osborne
  • Student services – Rebecca Hayhurst/Jo da Silva

  • Students Union – SU President/VP
  • Academic Misconduct – Jon Bentley
  • Expectations of Level 7 study – Jane Eastham

Registration will be face to face

  • Registration for Full-Time students living locally or on campus will be on Monday 21st September from 3 pm – 4.30 pm
  • Registration for Part-Time students and all others will be on Tuesday 22nd September from 9 am – 10.30 am

The first scheduled module, Research and Information Skills, will be delivered on campus from 11 am on Tuesday 22nd – Thursday 24th September 2020  with the majority of the delivery being face to face. We will confirm the schedule for this as soon as it is finalised.
