Harper Adams Club Extended Foundation Degree Scholarship

Our alumni (ex students) association, the Harper Adams Club, offers a range of scholarships to assist students to progress further in their academic studies at Harper Adams University.  These are made possible by donations from Harper Adams alumni to the Annual Fund Appeal #CountBackToHarper.

Applications are invited for the Harper Adams Club Extended Foundation Degree Scholarship

Value up to £1,500

Candidates must have successfully completed year 0 of the Harper Adams Extended Foundation Degree Course and be attending year 1 of a full-time FdSc or Bachelor's level degree course.

Please supply:

  • A letter of application (500 words maximum)
  • CV (no more than 2 pages)
  • A reference from a member of Harper Adams staff.  This could be your personal tutor or another member of staff who knows you well.  Please ask your referee to send their reference directly to Julie Brook via e-mail haclub@harper-adams.ac.uk by the closing date for application of Wednesday 14 November 2018.
  • A good quality, high resolution (300dpi) photograph of yourself which could be used in Harper Adams publications (sent as a separate jpeg attachment).

Person specification - desirable characteristics

  • Good academic record whilst at Harper Adams University
  • Interest and enthusiasm for your field of study
  • A good future ambassador for Harper Adams University

Your application may be submitted in person, by post or email by 3.00 pm on Wednesday 14 November 2018 to Julie Brook, Alumni Officer, Harper Adams University College.

Interviews of shortlisted candidates will take place on Wednesday 5 December 2018
