The opportunity is open to all 2nd & final year BSc students enrolled on a full-time Land and Property Management course or on the Agriculture with Farm Business Management course at Harper Adams University. There will be no interviews for this scholarship and a decision will be made by the sponsor based on the submitted application, to include the answer to the following question, set by Loxley Solicitors.
In a document of no more than two A4 pages, give your answer to the following question:
“The lockdown has caused a significant increase in the public demand for access to the countryside. What changes would you make to current legislation in order to try to accommodate this whilst minimising any potential impact on a farmer’s ability to farm?”
