Create your own course by choosing whichever of our 300 or more modules are most useful to you and your employer. This flexible approach allows you to study relevant subjects at your own pace, with the support of our staff and use of the university's facilities and online resources.

The module content, time, pace and method of assessment are agreed between you, your employer and Harper Adams, causing minimal disruption to your work routine. The projects you study can be based on activities in your workplace, benefiting both yourself and your company.

Work-based Learning by research

If you have a postgraduate qualification why not upgrade it to a Masters degree relevant to your career? Through our work-based learning programme, you can carry out research in your own work place, with the support of our expertise, facilities and learning resources. This is a very cost effective way for companies to carry out valuable research.

We're experts in creating bespoke courses to suit company's workloads and business needs. We'll work with you to pinpoint the training needs of your staff and devise the most relevant, flexible and cost effective form of staff development to suit your business needs, with the minimum disruption to workloads.
