Field to Fork Festival - Schools day

Friday 3 May 2019

Harper Adams is hosting Field to Fork for Schools on Friday 3 May 2019 10:00 – 15:00

This is a free, full day event and numbers are not limited. Bring as many students as you can to experience this exciting, educational day, celebrating food, where it comes from, and how it gets on our plates.

Pupils will experience exciting different workshops and ‘have a go’ activities.

The festival aims to:

  • Excite and educate both pupils and their teachers about where their food comes from
  • Inspire pupils to consider a career in rural/land based studies
  • Explain the route to study various courses from secondary school to higher education

The wide range of activities will overall aim to support students to see the variety of career pathways and potentials whilst linking this to their current studies, in turn allowing you as a school or college to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks.

If you'd like your school to attend this event, please complete the registration form.

Please note: if you are a school that works with Higher Horizons+, at least 60% of the students you bring must be from our target postcodes.
