Learning innovation leader

Dave Allan is a Senior Lecturer, CourseTutor, and Learning Innovation Leader for the Engineering Department of Harper Adams University. In this role he is responsible for the teaching of Organisational Behaviour and Management in Engineering, Manufacturing and New Product Development.

Dave spent the previous 28 years in the Automotive Industry, in a career which generated savings in excess of £500m through the application of lean methodologies to various manufacturing facilities throughout the UK, Europe, USA and Far East. After leaving his last industry position as Project Quality Leader at Bentley Motors, Dave completed a BA Hons in Education at MMU before taking a position at Harper Adams in 2008.
