    As a dedicated IT Service Delivery professional with over two decades of experience at Harper Adams University, I specialise in delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative technical support solutions aligned with the ITIL framework. My expertise spans service management, systems deployment, and leadership.

    Holding certifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, I combine technical competence with a strong foundation in structured project delivery and continuous improvement. In addition, I hold a Diploma in Leadership & Management and a DipHE in Computer Science, underpinning my ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

    Outside of work, I’m a highly active and creative individual with a passion for technology, design, and entrepreneurship. I run several independent projects including Weblogica, a web hosting and digital strategy brand; MNR Photography, which focuses on commercial and event photography; and MotoMiniatures, where I design and produce custom motorbike artwork and die-cut stickers. Each venture allows me to combine creativity with technical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving. Beyond technology, I have a strong interest in property management and oversee multiple residential properties, developing both practical and business skills through renovation and long-term investment projects.

    When I’m not working on new ideas, I can usually be found on two wheels. I’m an avid motorcyclist and regularly ride on European Grand Prix circuits, combining a love of speed, precision, and adventure. Cycling also plays a big part in my life, offering time to switch off and reflect. My 4 children keep me grounded, motivated, and constantly learning new perspectives, reminding me of the importance of balance, patience, and purpose in everything I do.
