Mark Griffiths

Governor Profile

Mark Griffiths is the Head of Agriculture at Dyke Yaxley, Chartered Accountants in Shrewsbury. 

The son of a bank manager, Mark spent much of his childhood in North Wales before the family settled in South Shropshire.  He gained his undergraduate degree at Sheffield Hallam before completing his Chartered Accountancy exams with Dyke Yaxley. 

Mark is a registered auditor and also a member of the Institute of Taxation.

As the Head of Agriculture, Mark is responsible for looking after the firms agricultural clients and is equally at home in a pair of wellies looking over his clients’ latest building project as he is working in the office.

Mark is married to Janet and enjoys spending his time on the beaches of Anglesey with the family and his dog or watching rugby whenever possible.
