Governor Profile

Talib attended Harper Adams Agricultural College gaining a National Diploma in Poultry in 1991. He then graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture and a MSc in International Agricultural Marketing in 1996.

A move to London opened up a career in the City working for a US investment bank and 20 years at JP Morgan Asset Management, were as a Fund Manager he  specialised in macro, fixed income and multi asset products. He ran total return, income, balanced investment solutions for a global set of clients and sat on the firms Asset Allocation Committee.

In 2018 he made a change to run and develop the Multi-Asset business at Jupiter Asset Management in London, where he is currently employed as a Fund Manager and Head of Strategy. Talib has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Talib lives in London and the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset so has some chance to enjoy the British countryside.
