There are two student bars on campus.
The first is the Welly Inn, a cosy room
with comfortable seats and a pool table
where karaoke, film and comedy nights
are held. The large adjoining Main Bar is

This eco-friendly building, part funded
by engineering firm JCB, houses a two-
storey library with access to a large range
of books, e-books, print and electronic
journals. Students make good use of the
computer suite, IT department (first floor),
group and silent study rooms, self-issue
terminals, colour printers, photocopiers
and a helpdesk for advice and support.
An online search system allows students
to find, renew and reserve books and
journals, and pay any fines and charges.
The Engineering Design Centre on the
ground floor has class and study rooms
with access to powerful workstations
running the latest computer aided design
