The Kaldi Café, at the rear of the building,
is a small, friendly coffee shop that serves
a range of speciality teas and coffees,
sandwiches, toasted panini, confectionery
and home-baked cakes.
Exit the building through the Kaldi
Café. If the café is closed, please
leave via the front entrance, turn
right and walk around the side of
the building.
ASTROTURF AND SPORTS FIELDS
Sport plays a large part in the social life at
Harper Adams. There are three rugby and
two football pitches, an all-weather sports
pitch, and multi-use games area. We
also have a championship level shooting
ground just a few minutes’ walk from
campus.
Turn left and take the right fork
along the path. The building on
your left is:
BOUGHEY HALL OF RESIDENCE
This three-storey catered hall of residence
consists of five individual blocks, one of
which is for under-18s only. There are
communal bathrooms (with private
showers) on each floor.
Continue along the path and take
the first left into the quad of self-
catered accommodation.
SELF-CATERED HALLS OF RESIDENCE
(Darwin A&B, Darby, Jebb and Silcock)
These five three-storey blocks comprise
180 en-suite study bedrooms. There are
six-eight bedrooms per flat, with a shared
kitchen-diner with a fridge, cooker,
microwave, kettle and toaster - ideal
for sharing meals and socialising with
flatmates. Self-catered residents benefit
from a daily cleaner, a weekly laundry
service and wireless internet access.
Turn left at the recycling unit and
walk along the path and over
the pedestrian crossing towards
the front of Boughey Hall. You
will notice the bike pods; these,
and others around campus, are
available for hire. Cross the road at
