Pesticide Application Technology Group

The group is involved in physical, environmental and efficacious aspects of the application of chemical and biological control agents in the UK and Worldwide.

The group has expertise in machinery, equipment and application techniques used in temperate and tropical agriculture as well as non-food crops. In addition to research the group is active in technology transfer and education, consultancy and commercial trials.

The core academic staff in the group are:

• Simon Cooper - Senior Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering
• Dr Martin Hare - Senior Lecture
• Dr Simon Woods - Senior Lecturer in Agricultural Mechanisation
