Nomad is a browser extension that provides easy access to full text articles that Harper Adams University Library subscribes to, or to an open access version. You can access articles direct via the publishers platform (for example, ScienceDirect, Wiley or Taylor & Francis), or find them on bibliographic services (for example, Web of Science).
If we do not have access to the article, you can request it via the Document Supply form on HOLLY.
Nomad is available to download for various browsers such as Chrome, Edge and Safari.
Go to the Download Nomad webpage, select Get LibKey Nomad and select the browser you use:
Follow the instructions to install the extension (for example, click Add to Chrome)

You will need to use information from journal articles for many of your assignments.
Most journals are online. You can find journals by using HOLLY. This is the libary search tool. The search box is on every page of the Library area. You need to login to your account on HOLLY to be able to access them.
The journals listed on the Secure journals page are available in addition to the main selection of journals on HOLLY.
If you need any help on using journals, please speak to a member of staff at the library Welcome Desk, email us or chat to us via the Library homepage.
