There are many ways to get in touch with us - choose the way that works best for you:


Live chat

Our online chat service is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Ask us any Library or information related question. Start Live Chat.



Libhelp, is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Ask us about finding information, accessing articles, referencing or anything else you need help with.

Use the Libhelp email to provide feedback, or to report issues in the library or with sytems such as HOLLY and HARLO. 


Book a librarian

Book a slot with a librarian for one to one help with finding information sources, or to explain more about referencing or any other information related topic. If you can’t find a suitable appointment time, just contact us via Libhelp/Livechat and we can find a time to suit. The meetings are  held via Teams, unless you request a face to face appointment.

Enquiry desk

Not currently available.

The enquiry desk, located on the ground floor of the Bamford Library, can help you with all manner of enquiries including finding journal articles, online information and referencing.
