Using other academic libraries - SCONUL Access

SCONUL Access is a scheme which allows many university library users to borrow or use books and journals at other libraries which belong to the scheme. The scheme covers most of the university libraries in the UK and Ireland.

Staff, postgraduates, distance learners and undergraduates on placement will normally be allowed to borrow books, whereas undergraduates not on placement will only be allowed reference access.

To join the SCONUL access scheme you need to complete the online application form, and once your application is approved, the library will send you an email confirming this and welcoming you to the scheme.
