Student Voice Awards

The Harper Adams University Student Voice Awards are established to recognise staff who make an outstanding contribution to students’ experiences.

The different award titles have been selected in partnership with Course Representatives and the Students’ Union.

Students can nominate staff who have made a difference in their academic life or in their wider day-to-day experience. Nominations should be as detailed as possible, as the panel will select winners on the basis of this information. All nominations relating to teaching and the wider student experience can only be made by students themselves, but there is an opportunity for staff to nominate colleagues through the Colleague Award. The scheme also has two awards for Student Representatives, to recognise the excellent work of those who freely give up their time to work with peers and staff to work towards change and common goals. Staff and Students can nominate for this award. In addition to the awards, the scheme can pass on comments to the nominated staff member so that they receive recognition and appreciation.
