The campus combines contemporary facilities with a peaceful rural environment and a friendly, welcoming service.
Facilities include large lecture theatres, flexible spaces for events, marquees and open green spaces, dining areas, cafes and sports facilities.
Most study/conference rooms include modern, high-spec audio-visual and multi-media equipment. Video conference facilities are also available, along with free Wi-Fi access across the campus.
We also have a range of specialist facilities that can be hired for your unique event, including IT training rooms with computing and engineering design suites, specialist laboratories, teaching rooms, a commercial farm, postgraduate and professional development centre, covered soil hall, and the Food Academy.

Main Building
The beautiful red brick Main Building, built in 1900, would make a stunning setting for your conference or event.
Queen Mother Hall (QMH)
Available for conference hire, QMH features a large hall with stage and the main dining hall, suitable for large banquets.
Specialist Facilities
Harper Adams has many unique facilities on campus, including a large covered Soil Hall and extensive commercial farm.
Food Academy
Available for conference hire, the Food Academy has spaces including a food grade lecture theatre and an exhibition hall.
Weston Building
Available for conference hire, the Weston Building features a large exhibition space and state-of-the-art lecture theatre.
Faccenda
Available for conference hire, Faccenda offers modern facilities with all the amenities you require in close proximity.
Foulkes Crowther
Available for conference hire, the Foulkes Crowther building has a large lecture theatre and teaching rooms.
Disabled access
On our compact Edgmond campus no building is more than a five-minute walk from another. The campus is a flat site, allowing visitors to travel around with ease. However, in order to ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay we ask that you advise us whether any of your party will require access requirements such as:
- Blue badge parking space
- Loop system
- Study materials in alternative formats
- Accessible accommodation
Guests are also asked to disclose whether they feel that in the event of an emergency, assistance will be required to evacuate the building; in these instances a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan will be devised.
