John Longwill Agricultural Scholarship (exclusive to students from Leicestershire) 2025-26

The John Longwill Scholarship is exclusive to year 2 and year 4 BSc,  year 2 and year 4  BEng/MEng or year 3 FdSc students from Leicestershire, who can show a relevance to Agriculture and are enrolled in full-time education at Harper Adams University.  

The Scholarship

The successful scholarship recipient(s) will receive an award valued at a minimum of £1,250. The award will be payable in two equal parts; half to be paid in February 2026 and the balance in May 2026.

This is a competitive award and will be evaluated on the merit of the submitted application, along with academic achievements to date and interview. The decision of the John Longwilll Scholarship Panel is FINAL

Deadline for Submission of Application: 12 noon Wednesday 19 November 2025

Shortlisted applicants are required to attend a panel interview on Friday 5 December 2025

Please note that an alternative interview date cannot be arranged
