PLACEMENT - JCB Business Scholarship 2026/27

The JCB Business Scholarship is open to all 2nd year BSc or 1st year FdSc students studying at HAU who are interested in pursuing a career in Business with JCB.

Please note: a placement year with JCB must be suitable for your course area.  Should you require further clarification please discuss with your Placement Manager.

The Scholarship

If awarded, the successful recipient will receive:

• a significant contribution towards their education of £4,500 in the year prior to placement
• Employment with JCB during their placement year

The award will be paid in two equal parts; half to be paid in February and the remaining balance in May.

This is a competitive award which will be evaluated on merit of the submitted application, academic achievements to date and interview. The decision of the JCB Scholarship panel is FINAL.

Deadline for Submission of Application: 12pm Noon Monday 16 November 2026

The JCB Business Scholarship includes a placement, therefore you must submit your application via the Student Dashboard placement pages.  Paper copies will not be accepted.

Please note: you may only apply for a maximum of three placement based scholarships.
