As we approach the end of the First World War Centenary and Remembrance Day on Sunday 11 November, we especially remember the 40 Harper Adams alumni who died in that conflict and who are remembered on our war memorials in the Haydock Room.

  • William Henty Rason who died on 5 November 1918 Age 34 Years, just 6 days before the Armistice on 11 November 1918.

The bench and sundial near the pond at the far end of Main Building were installed to mark the beginning of the centenary in 2014.
