Harper grad starts clotted cream enterprise on family farm

While in his final year of university, FdSc Agriculture graduate Henry Cooke realised that returning to work on the family dairy farm after graduation wouldn't be a viable option, so he started to think about how they could diversify.

On seeing the growing popularity of afternoon teas, he realised that they could create clotted cream. Now, three years later, Henry's brother Robert controls the farm, while Henry runs the clotted cream business.
