Representatives from all three branches of the armed forces were at Harper on Tuesday 26th February to visit students studying the business module 'Managing Business Resources'.
Force4inclusion is a team based at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst that aims to share and showcase the forces’ best practice in people management, and challenge perceptions among society about the nature of the armed forces as an employer.
Corporal Hazel Colville, Chief Petty Officer Ann Miller-McCaffrey and Squadron Leader Hannah Welch gave a fascinating presentation and answered students’ questions about how issues of inclusion, diversity and well-being are led and managed in such an extensive and diverse workforce.
