On 14th February 2019 BSc Business Management with Marketing and BSc Countryside Management students ran a raising aspirations campus visit day for year 5 and 6 students from Wombridge Primary School in Telford as part of their Project and Event Management module.
This fantastic event showcased the students’ significant skills in planning, executing and evaluating a real event, which gave them a valuable insight into how they would manage events when they start their careers after graduating.
The event included interactive activities such as a scavenger hunt, mental health sensory boxes and “Egg-Prentice”- a trading and innovation game with the aim of being able to drop an egg from a height without it cracking.
They were rewarded for their efforts with a huge 95% for the event delivery and evaluation portion of their module assignment.
