Second year Land and Property Students on the REALM and RPM courses went on a visit to the solar farm at Berriewood Equestrian Centre Condover as part of the Valuation module to consider the financial elements and the construction of the solar farm. As a result the students have a much clearer understanding of valuing solar farms and were made aware of the complexities of the site and lease arrangements.

They were given a presentation by the owners Penny and Peter Cowdy, who is by coincidence a governor of Harper Adams University, and a tour of the site.
