Being catered at Harper is truly a great option for when you are in your first year. From fresh roast meat to curry, and delicious desserts, there's something for everyone. For the month of March, I decided to give up all animal products to challenge myself to eat more veg and explore my taste palatte whilst at university. The adventure has been entertaining and has opened up my taste buds to so many new foods, like green olives.
Here are some of my favorite meals!
Gluten free vegan pizza (pictured above)
Bruscetta with olive salsa
Mediterranean pasta bake
I hope this post highlights how amazing the catering department is and shows how many options are available!
