Harper Adams University is delighted to welcome Dr. Paul Gallimore to the Land and Property Management department to aid research as a visiting professor.
Paul, ranked as one of the top 50 global real estate academic leaders, has extensive experience in the management and development of academic programmes in property and real estate at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This includes collaborative RICS-accredited masters programmes with European partners. His areas of expertise include valuation, commercial investment appraisal, real estate finance and quantitative methods.
Paul is keen to apply his experience and insights to assisting Harper Adams University in the implementation and development of its new real estate curriculum – supporting the expansion of research in this area by colleagues.
Dr Gallimore joins the Harper Adams team following time spent in roles spanning three continents. Most recently, he was Professor of Property at Massey University in Aukland, New Zealand. He has also spent seven years working at Georgia State University, Atlanta, where he was Professor of Real Estate and Director of the Real Estate Research Centre in the Robinson College of Business.
In the UK, Paul was Professor of Real Estate and Associate Dean of the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at Nottingham Trent University before time in the Henley School of Business, University of Reading as Professor of Real Estate.
