Harper graduate Andrew Bridge's Fisher German journey

    17 June 2019

Since graduating from Harper Adams in 1995 having studied Real Estate and Land Management, Andrew Bridge has worked his way up to being a Managing Partner at Fisher German.

Having enjoyed a successful career to date, Andrew looks back on his time at Harper Adams fondly.

He said: “It was a great experience. An eye-opener at the start but the people and the rugby were great. I enjoyed the social aspect of the University and met a lot of characters, a few who I still know through work.”

Andrew has had the fortune of working within the same company since his first graduate role and qualifying as a professional in 1997 when the company was under the name John German – working in estate management and general rural practice.

The company became as it is known today as Fisher German in 2000 following a merge with Fisher Hoggarth, the same year Andrew moved to the utilities and infrastructure side of the business. This involved working on large contracts for government and non-government projects.

He then became the Head of the National Utility and Infrastructure sector. He went on to work in the management team for the LLP before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2015. He secured his current role as Managing Partner in April this year.
