Clare Keegan, Business Development & Apprenticeships Manager at Harper Adams University has been nominated for one of the Women in Meat Industry Awards. The awards are organised by the Meat Management Magazine and aim to celebrate the achievements of women in the industry.
Clare is a finalist in the Training and Education category which recognises the efforts made in developing and training employees as well as educating and making a difference to individuals or businesses.
Before starting her role as Business Development Manager for Degree Apprenticeships at Harper Adams two years ago, Clare worked in training and education for many years. Now, Clare spends a lot of her time working with the Meat Industry Advisory Board and Trailblazer groups to develop support and curriculum for the meat industry and to launch new Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.
