Harper Adams graduate to appear on Channel 5's This Week on the Farm this Thursday
31 March 2021

A Harper Adams alumnus is set to feature on Channel 5’s This Week on the Farm tomorrow night.
Rob McAneney, a BSc (Hons) Agriculture (Top-Up) graduate, completed his studies with the University in 2019 – and has since been selected to be the tenant at Scow Hall, a farm owned by Yorkshire Water, under the firm’s Next Generation Farming plans – part of the wider Beyond Nature scheme.
On tomorrow’s programme 23-year-old Rob – who is originally from Darlington – speaks to Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen.
She recalls the start of her career, shares some tips – and hears more about how Rob is tackling his work on the 200-acre farm.
This Week on the Farm can be seen on Channel 5 this Thursday at 8pm.
