Harper Adams Agriculture student Mark Simons has written an opinion piece for Farmers Weekly about how supermarkets should introduce more aisles dedicated to British produce.
“Trying to find food from afar is no issue; there is an aisle dedicated to promoting world food, but choosing to buy British represents a real challenge,” says Mark, in the first of a planned series of articles for the magazine.
