    Second year student Lucy discusses internet issues and plans for the family farm The Farmers Guardian.

    Second-year Agriculture with Animal Science student Lucy May Griffiths has discussed her future career plans and working on her family’s mixed lamb and beef farm in Radnorshire with The Farmers Guardian 

    The Young Farmer and winner of this year's Langford Scholarship, has, like the rest of her cohort, been attending lectures and seminars online but admits that the reduced internet connectivity of rural areas led to some frustrations.  

    Despite this, the 20-year-old has been able to secure her sandwich year placement working with the beef and sheep at Daylesford Organic.
